Return window

You can return eligible products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

Condition of items

Products must be in like‑new condition with all accessories and original packaging. Please remove any personal data and reset devices to factory settings where applicable.

How to start a return

1. Contact Support to request a Return Authorization.
2. We’ll email you a prepaid return label and instructions.
3. Pack your items securely and drop them off with the carrier.

Refunds

Refunds are issued once the return is received and inspected. It can take several business days for your bank to post the credit to your account.
